The htw saar offers its international students a range of study-related German language courses. These courses are open to htw saar students only. Students from the HBKsaar or HfM may apply for admission (subject to availability).

"Deutsch als Fremdsprache" course program

Please note that the htw saar does not offer preparatory German language courses for potential degree-seeking students who do not yet hold an advanced German language proficiency certificate required for admission. The Volkshochschule (adult education center) in Saarbrücken offers courses like this that can prepare you for the TestDaF, DSH and various Goethe-certificates.
