htw saar is the University of Applied Sciences in the state of Saarland with about 6000 students and a staff of over 400. Currently, there are 860 international students from over 60 countries learning together.
htw saar is offering more than 40 Bachelor and Master programmes, either taught in German, or some with English or French courses in the four schools: Business, Architecture & Civil Engineering, Engineering, and Social Sciences.
We welcome exchange students from our partner universities to study at htw saar for a semester or an entire academic year. Typically, there are 2 types of exchange students:
- Students coming from a partner university within the EHEA (European Higher Education Area) are usually Erasmus+ students
- Students coming from partner universities outside of the European Higher Education Area are Outside-EHEA students
