htw saar is launching a new bachelor's degree program in business psychology, thereby expanding its range of courses to include a future-oriented subject at the interface between psychology and business administration. The program qualifies students to analyze and actively shape economic processes from the perspective of human behavior.
During their studies, students acquire in-depth knowledge of work and organizational psychology, social psychology, and personality psychology, combining this with business management expertise in marketing, human resources management, and management. Statistics, empirical methods, data-based analyses, and the reflective use of artificial intelligence (AI) are integral parts of the curriculum. Practical projects, empirical work, and a mandatory practical phase ensure a close integration of theory and practice. Graduates work in human resources management, organizational development, marketing, market research, and other fields.
With this new degree program, htw saar is responding to the growing demands of the labor market, especially in Saarland, where digitalization, demographic change, the energy transition, and transformation processes are posing major challenges for companies.
