The internal staff training and development programs are organized by the Internal Qualification (iQ) Team. Our training programs are free of charge for htw saar staff members. Most of the courses are open to the staff and faculty members of our partner universities or other partner organizations. The course language is German, unless stated otherwise.

• Teaching and learning:  assessment, feedback, classroom experience
• Certificate program for science communication
• Research:  courses in researcher development and supervising research
• Personal development:  leadership, management and personal development
• Internationalization:  language courses and courses with an international focus

• design and deliver programmes specifically tailored for teams;
• provide individual advice on where to find specialist programmes that are not within our core offerings;
• advise staff on how to participate in the ERASMUS+ STT programme for staff mobility.
