The admission requirements to study at our university differ for international students who do not hold a German university entrance qualification (Hochschulzugangsberechtigung).
All international applicants who wish to undertake full-time studies at our university need to fulfill certain admission requirements. In addition to providing evidence of a recognized higher-education entrance qualification, international applicants must also demonstrate adequate proficiency in German. The language of instruction in the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs is either exclusively or predominantly German.
International applicants who hold an appropriate higher-education entrance qualification will also need to meet the minimum language proficiency requirements for their intended degree program ( see overview of language requirements). Applicants may demonstrate adequate proficiency in German by submitting one of the following qualifications:

For the English taught degree program Neural Engineering, no German requirements apply. However, we strongly recccommend that you participate in free German classes at our university which are held througout the semester.
