The two-day online event is designed for administrative and academic staff and for anybody else who is interested.
This year’s Virtual Staff Training Days are dedicated to Future Skills and Employability. We will discuss possibilities and strategies to support students in their personal development and the achievement of an extensive skillset for their future careers alongside their studies. How can we prepare today’s students for the job market of tomorrow? Which skills will be essential? How can we foster adaptability and critical thinking in our students? The purpose of our second Virtual Staff Training Days is to promote the idea of Future Skills as crucial part of the Curriculum through virtual meetings and presentations. The event represents a unique opportunity to learn, experience, and network with colleagues worldwide. It is aimed at supporting institutions in empowering students to develop essential competencies for a rapidly changing job market.
