Please contact the Director of Studies for information and recommendations for a possible course of study.

The overall grade must be 2.9 or better at the time of application. However, the so-called selection threshold can only be determined retrospectively. It depends in particular on the number of applicants and their academic performance.

Applicants with foreign university degrees first submit their foreign educational certificates to uni-assist >> for a preliminary examination. Once the preliminary examination has been completed, applicants will receive a certificate from uni-assist confirming the result of the assessment of the educational certificates with the converted grade. With this certificate (VPD = preliminary examination documentation), the application is then submitted directly via the htw saar online application portal within the application deadline.

In principle, yes. Before your stay abroad, you should clarify with the Director of Studies and the International Coordinator which credits earned abroad can be recognized.
