Forschungsschwerpunkt: Management Education
Lernerzentrierte Lernformate, wie problem-based learning, project based learning und flipped classroom, kehren die Verantwortung für den Lernerfolg um und weisen damit Studierenden und Lehrenden eine neue Rolle zu. Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass sich damit nicht unbedingt das erlernte Wissen verbessert, allerdings die Fähigkeit das erlernte Fachwissen zur Lösung realer Probleme im Unternehmensalltag anzuwenden.

GLOBDIVES Erasmus + KA2‑Projekt GLOBDIVES –01.01.2022 – 31.12.2024
Ausganssituation:
Wachsende Bedeutung von Global Citizenship und Diversity Management im Hochschulkontext und dem Bedarf an entsprechenden Curricula und praxisnahen Werkzeugen im akademischen Umfeld.
Projektziele und -ergebnisse:
- Praxisnahes pädagogisches Framework (IO1) zur curricularen Verankerung von Global Citizenship und Diversity Management.
- 5-ECTS-Wahlpflichtkurs mit konkreten Inhalten, didaktischen Methoden und Materialien (IO2).
- Umfassendes Train-the-Trainer-Toolkit mit Seminar-Übungen, Methodenbeschreibungen und aktivierenden Aufgaben (IO3).
- Durchführung internationaler Workshops Spanien und in anderen Partnerländern.
- Präsentationen und Verbreitung u. a. bei der UNESCO STAR Conference in Vigo und nationalen Events.
ViJoMo - Virtual Joint Modules — htwsaar
Project goals
- Students have the opportunity to gain international experience while studying from home (Internationalization at home).
- To achieve this, lecturers from the htw saar Business School work together with lecturers from our international partner universities to develop virtual courses for students of both universities ("Virtual Mobility", “Joint Modules”).
- The lecturers design and test digital teaching and learning methods.
- The lecturers develop recommendations for didactics and methodologies for international online teaching as well as their organizational implementation in the network.
