The Complaints and Ideas Management Office is a neutral and central point of contact for all of our students. We welcome your suggestions, complaints, criticism and ideas for improvement and are here to help you handle conflicts regarding teaching and learning conditions.
What is our goal?
Our goal is to work together to develop solutions and follow-up measures so that the quality of studies and teaching as well as organizational processes can be optimized in the short, medium and long term.

Our Principles

Complaints and Ideas Management acts as autonomously as possible, and is not assigned to any department or institute.
Every concern brought to the attention of Complaints and Ideas Management is treated with confidentiality.
The concerns brought to our attention are dealt with in a neutral, open-ended and solution-oriented manner.
We always carry out our work with respect for the persons involved and their respective concerns.

The Complaints and Ideas Management Office at the htw saar is a member of the Network of Complaints and Improvement Managers and Ombudspersons in Studies and Teaching at German Universities (BeVeOm).
