Our personnel development staff offer you a wide range of advisory services:

• Advice and support for individually tailored further training courses for your team (design, selection of a suitable trainer, etc.)
• Support with the planning and implementation of a team workshop or retreat for your department
• Information on the internal training program (internal qualification)
• Information and individual advice on training courses offered by external providers such as the State Media Authority, the University of Applied Sciences for Administration, the South-West University Association and the use of educational leave
• Promotion of the international exchange of experience through the Erasmus+ STT staff mobility program in cooperation with the International Office.
