- Log in to sim.htwsaar.de using your user ID
- Click the "My Applications" tile
- Click "Create Application" in the bottom left corner
- Under "Type of Application," select "Refund Request" from the drop-down menu
- Select "Year" and "Semester" from the drop-down menu. For the summer semester, the first year listed in the academic year always applies!
- Summer semester 2025 = Academic year 2025/2026
- Summer semester 2026 = Academic year 2026/2027
- Select "Reason"
- Click "Submit" in the bottom right corner
The submitted application will be displayed in the application overview with the status ‘Application is being processed’.
Once the application has been successfully reviewed, it will be marked as ‘Application approved’. The refund will be issued to the account from which the payment was made.
If the conditions for a refund are not met, the application will be marked as ‘Application rejected’. The rejection notice will be sent via email.
