1) Exchange students with a corresponding university agreement, students enrolled in a fee-based continuing education program, students on leave of absence, and students in dual degree programs conducted in cooperation with an educational institution pursuant to § 92(2) SHSG are exempt from paying the administrative fee.
2) Partial refund may be possible. The htw saar is responsible for any possible exemption from or refund of the administrative fee. The AStA is responsible for any possible exemption from or refund of the semester ticket. The Studierendenwerk is responsible for any possible exemption from or refund of the Studierendenwerk fee (e.g., leave of absence, hardship cases).
