You must apply for withdrawal via the SIM Student Portal.
The earliest possible date of withdrawal is the current date—it is not possible to request retroactive withdrawal.
If you withdraw before the end of the semester, you must also upload a photo of your cut-up student ID card as an attachment.
The withdrawal certificate will be available for download in the SIM Student Portal under the semester-related certificates for up to 8 weeks after the withdrawal date.

If you would like to continue attending lectures in the following semester after completing your studies, you can submit an application for continued enrollment via the re-enrollment form on the SIM Portal. In this case, your enrollment will end no later than the end of the semester.
