Sub-project: Multi-criteria evaluation of the migration of economic resilience and lean manufacturing in production
Duration: 01/2025 to 12/2027
What is this project about?
The ADREAN research project pursues a coherent strategic and operational approach to make companies economically resilient.
A resilience maturity model is being developed for the long-term strategy, which enables an assessment of the current status. Simulation models are created for the migration and evaluation of generic measures yet to be defined, which can be adapted for each company using process mining and evaluated with regard to multi-criteria economic aspects. As the maturity level elements and measures (e.g. employee qualifications or process and information flows) take place in technical, organizational and personnel dimensions (TOP), a participative concept is being developed. At the same time, existing operational KPI systems are being expanded with regard to factors influencing resilience.
TOP monitoring provides the basis for maintaining internal productivity and external communication through standardized data spaces along the value chain.
